At SPK Outdoor Furniture, we are committed to delivering premium outdoor living products and providing our customers with a fair and transparent return experience. While we strive for complete satisfaction, we understand that certain situations may require a return or refund. Our refund policy is designed to be clear and respectful of both our customers’ needs and our business practices.

Returns are accepted within seven (7) days of the delivery date and apply only to non-customized items. Products that are customized—including special finishes, dimensions, or made-to-order designs—are non-refundable and cannot be returned. To qualify for a refund, returned products must be in unused, resalable condition and must include the original packaging, components, and documentation.

In cases where a product arrives damaged or a defect is noticed upon delivery, customers must notify our customer service team immediately by submitting clear photo or video evidence via email. This documentation is essential for assessing the claim and processing the return.

Once we receive and review your request along with the required media, we will determine whether the return is approved. If the return is authorized, we will provide instructions for the return shipping process. SPK Outdoor Furniture will cover any applicable restocking fees for approved returns.

Refunds are processed through our payment partner, Stripe, and will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected, depending on your financial institution.

Please note that returns submitted beyond the seven-day period or without appropriate documentation will not be eligible for a refund. SPK reserves the right to deny refunds for items that are not returned in resalable condition or that fail to meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
